Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital is offering a free cooking demonstration and yoga class for children and parents at 4 and 4:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, at Twelve Oaks Mall, lower level (in front of Macy's). A Henry Ford chef will be sharing recipes and giving expert advice.
