It may not have been cold enough for the Winter Bliss Fest to take place at Kensington Metropark, but there is still some winter fun planned. Saturday and Sunday, from 1-3 p.m., visitors can see ice harvesting demos and learn the importance of ice in the past. (FYI: The ice is from the Plymouth Ice Festival.) You'll also see how ice was put up in the old-fashioned way, using antique saws and other equipment. It happens at the Farm Center, and program is free with vehicle entry. (A day pass is $5, or you can inquire about an annual pass.)
