REFUSE TO BE A VICTIM (ASSAULT AND CRIME PREVENTION)
Countless numbers of innocent people fall victim to criminal violence each year…are you a likely target? Learn from this discussion course how to protect yourself from car-jackers, purse-snatchers, home invaders and other professional aggressors. This nationally recognized program has received commendations from Congress and law enforcement agencies nationwide. Topics will include the psychology of a criminal predator, mental preparedness, being safe in your home, while shopping at the mall, driving defensively, identity theft, and mail and technology security. If you’re interested in developing a safer lifestyle, this class is for you. There is a $5 material fee payable to Live Safe Academy LLC at class.

SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN WITH ASSAULT SIMULATIONS
This scenario based program teaches effective techniques that are easy to learn and retain under stress. Scenario based training allows you to practice life saving self-defense skills full force against a padded assailant, as you would apply them during a violent encounter. You will have an opportunity to practice diffusing a confrontation verbally, while learning to identify when an assault is imminent. Designed to be safe, this course instills confidence by building on success. A great stress reliever and lots of fun!
