That holiday classic, The Nutcracker, dances its way to the Brighton Center for the Performing Arts, presented by Novi’s Academy of Russian Classical Ballet and Livingston County’s Russian Artists International.
It's the magical story of young Clara, who takes an enchanted journey with the Nutcracker Prince to the Land of Snow and the Kingdom of the Sweets.
The academy's students, who hail from Oakland, Livingston, Macomb, Washtenaw and Wayne counties, will be joined by international guest artist Anton Korsakov, star of St. Petersburg, Russia's Mariinsky Theatre (more famously recognized as the Kirov Ballet) from St. Petersburg, Russia.
