The Novi Senior Center hosts its Spooktacular Halloween luncheon from noon-2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31. Entertainment is planned, and costumes are encouraged. Buy your tickets in advance at the center, $7 for residents, or $8.50 for non-residents.
