On Thursday, 36th District Court Judge Shannon Walker set an Aug. 18 date for Reed’s jury trial on two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, The Detroit News reports. A pre-trial conference will be held July 17.

Reed, formerly of Royal Oak, has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which are punishable by up to 15 years in prison. Authorities allege he drugged a then 45-year-old woman at the 5th Avenue Bar in Royal Oak, then took her to MotorCity Casino Hotel room and raped the morning of the Tigers’ 2014 Opening Day at Comerica Park.
