Fox Run, an Erickson Senior Living community in Novi, Michigan, marked National Social Work Month with a special tea party honoring both resident and employee social workers. The event featured guest speaker LaToya Hall, MSW/MPH, from the Wayne State University Institute of Gerontology, who delivered an inspiring address.

National Social Work Month, celebrated each March, recognizes the dedicated professionals who make a meaningful impact on individuals, families, and communities. Fox Run is proud to be home to many retired social workers and to employ others across a variety of departments throughout the campus.

“Our social workers have touched countless lives, both on our campus and throughout their careers,” said Manager of Resident Services Morgan Shilling. “Celebrating them was a meaningful reminder of the strength and heart within our community.”
