On Wednesday, May 27, Fox Run, an Erickson Senior Living community in Novi, Michigan, celebrated National Senior Health and Fitness Day with a lively Field Day event. Residents gathered at Village Green outside the Ascot Clubhouse and enjoyed a day filled with fun, movement, and meaningful community connection.

Participants engaged in a variety of club activities, including bocce ball, pickleball, cornhole, and croquet. These activities offered important health benefits, such as improving balance, coordination, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, while also supporting cognitive engagement and social interaction.

“While the competition was spirited, a great time was had by all. With a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere throughout, the event was a great success. All who attended had a fantastic time, making it a memorable celebration of health, wellness, and community spirit,” said Fitness Manager Amy Banta.
