Fox Run retirement community in Novi, Michigan, is today at an all-time high of 98 percent occupancy. The last several years have marked increases in both settlements and reservations, leading to a four percent gain in occupancy thus far this year, up from 94 percent in 2012.
People have moved to Fox Run from geographic areas of New Jersey, Florida, Texas and Michigan.
