Kids Zumba Fitness at ONE Training begins 11-9-14 from 1130am-Noon

Join Lauren for this energetic and fun dance fitness party.  Your kids don't have to be trained dancers to enjoy our Zumba Kids class.  We break down the steps and add games to keep them engaged, moving and playing.

This class helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives.  Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as respect, teamwork, confidence, self-esteem, memory, coordination and balance.

The 4 week session begins 11-9-14. Class is from 11:30am-Noon. Cost is $35.  We will pro-rate the session is you know you will miss a class at the time of registration.
