Michigan Education Trust Representatives to Make Local Visits

Those looking to avoid increasing college tuition rates have two opportunities coming up to receive information on a statewide tuition savings program.

College savings experts from the Michigan Education Trust (MET) will be available at two locations this month to answer questions and help parents, grandparents and others through the process of purchasing a MET contract.

In Novi, MET representatives will be at the from noon-8 p.m. on April 16.

Representatives will also be at the , 223 S. Main St., from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. on April 17.

Purchasers will need social security numbers for themselves, the contract beneficiary and any third party named on the contract, along with a check or money order.

MET helps families save on college tuition by buying college credits at today's price to avoid increasing tuition rates.
