Keller bounced back after losing his opening match 3-1 to Cory Arnouts of Grand Ledge. Keller wasn't able to get Arnouts off his feet. Arnouts scored an early takedown and that was enough to ride out the win.
In the consolation bracket, Keller won two matches. He pinned Fraser’s Mike Fruelhich in the second round. He also beat Walled Lake Central’s Ildo Luca on a 3-2 decision.
