OCHN releases RFQ for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) Renewal

The successful vendor is expected to provide at a minimum the following:

• Provide discount pricing to support OCHN cost reduction initiatives.
• Deliver detailed reporting on software assets management for EA contract.
• Maintain on-going communication and OCHN relationships throughout the lifecycle of the EA.
• Actively engage with OCHN to understand and consume software assurance (SA) and EA benefits within 60 days post the renewal agreement.
• Ensure that EA Care receives an annual Software Asset Management (SAM) assessment to ensure licensing accuracy and assesses true up requirements within 90 days of the anniversary.
• Process true-up orders within 30 days of the anniversary date.
• Assist with Microsoft licensing questions, placing orders, fulfillment, and Microsoft Volume Licensing Center (MVLC) portal access.
• Submit with their quotation supporting documentation to confirm Vendor is a certified Microsoft reseller.
