
Are You Ready To Plank For A Purpose?
Challenge Dates: September 15 through November 23. WEEK OF CHALLENGE Nov 15th – Nov 22nd
Purpose: To engage current clients with a fun and rewarding challenge to give back to a local cause during the 2014 holiday season.
Challenge Overview: This 10 week challenge is designed to invite current clients to plank for a purpose! Clients will add planking into their workouts over the course of the 10 weeks to train for a final plank hold which will count towards a donation to the Hospitality House Food Pantry! Join us to help fight hunger!!
Trainers will then sign up clients and each client will have their own plank training plan which will be discussed with their trainer. Once the plan has been decided, the trainer will customize a work out geared towards it. During the final week of the challenge, clients will arrive to the studio and hold their plank as long as they can. Their trainer will record their total time held and that client’s donation amount will be official.
Awards will be given out for the longest plank held and the most creative planking photo. We will be donating $1 per min with a max of 20 min to the Hospitality House Food Pantry.
