Sports Snapshot: Novi Boys Varsity Tennis Team Undefeated
Wildcats continue to perform at the top level in the state.
The Novi Boys Varsity Tennis team is unbeaten in 10 matches thus far, going into Thursday's match against Saline at home.
The team is coached by Jim Hanson, who has been the coach for 25 years.
Hanson tends to "worry a lot," according to junior varsity coach Christine Hayward.

"His team is a lot better than he thinks it is", Hayward said, speaking from experience. She's been coaching for 40 years after teaching for 38 of those seasons.
Two of his top players are freshmen; Tim Wang, his No. 1 player, along with Andre Liu, at No. 3, are the only ninth graders on the squad of 25 members.

A member of the Kensington Lakes Athletic Association, Novi has consistently been ranked among the top 10 in the state.
