AT&T Boosts 4G LTE Network in Novi, Oakland County Communities

Novi is among several Oakland County communities to recently get 4G LTE upgrades on AT&T towers.

Rochester, Berkely, Southfield, Farmington Hills and Highland Township also received network upgrades.

These upgrades are like adding more lanes to a highway carrying traffic from a customer’s device to the cell tower, resulting in faster speeds.

“Our Michigan employees are focused on bringing a better mobile experience to southeast Michigan and across the state. Our investment in the local wireless network is one way we’re accomplishing that,” said Jim Murray, president, AT&T Michigan.
