Toasted Oak Names Ferris Anthony Director of Food & Beverage

Novi’s award-winning Toasted Oak Grill & Market today announced the appointment of Ferris Anthony to Director of Food and Beverage. Anthony is a Graduate of Schoolcraft College’s Culinary Arts Program. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Madonna University.

Anthony has worked in various capacities at the Renaissance Baronette Hotel and Toasted Oak Grill & Market since 2014, beginning as Banquet Cook and earning promotions to Restaurant Supervisor, Banquet Manager, and with today’s announcement, Director of Food and Beverage.

Prior to joining Toasted Oak Grill & Market, Anthony began his career as Restaurant Manager at Guernsey Farms Dairy. Anthony served as Restaurant Supervisor at the Country Club of Detroit under CMC Brian Beland. He then took the position as Concord Hospitality Enterprises/Marriott Food & Beverage Task Force Member assisting with the openings and operations of Ohio restaurants including Buckeye Bourbon House and Dewberry 1850.

Toasted Oak Grill & Market is a Novi restaurant that celebrates Michigan food & wine. Toasted Oak Grill features an imaginative regional menu created by Michigan natives with a focus on fresh and original ingredients. Our program – appropriately named “The Chef & The Farmer” - features farm-to-table rotating dishes. These dishes embrace all things local. The Toasted Oak Market features handpicked Michigan-made products, charcuterie, delectable cheeses and fine wines.

Dinner is featured Monday – Thursday from 5:30 pm – 10 pm; Friday & Saturday from 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm and on Sundays from 5:30 pm – 9 pm.
