Unique Brunch Experience at Toasted Oak
If you are a brunch lover like me I HIGHLY recommend trying the "out-of-the-box" menu items at Toasted Oak.
There are few things I love in this world more than a brunch. What could be better than a leisurely meal with friends or family that usually and a mimosa or two?
It’s connected to the Hotel Baronette and the easiest way to find this place is to turn in to the Twelve Oaks Mall entrance off of Novi Road and make a left. You will see the hotel sign first – then make a left turn into the parking lot and the restaurant is located all the way to the right of the building.
There is so much to love about the decor of Toasted Oak. It has a rustic/contemporary/country feel with antique decor creatively placed throughout the restaurant. It’s the type of restaurant that is cozy enough to spend a lazy brunch with friends but at the same time, the perfect spot for a long romantic dinner.

I feel like every time I visit Toasted Oak I see an advertisement for a brunch special of some sort. Currently they are offering a “Kids Eat Free” special with the purchase of an adult entrée. They even have a kids room featuring kid-friendly movies and a pancake bar! When I visited just last week, we had a certificate from Travel Zoo - which was an amazing deal! This special is currently running until February so be sure to take advantage of it. For $29 we received:
One appetizer – we chose the oatmeal stuffed apples which were uniquely sweet and delicious.
Two entrees – we ordered chicken & waffles and the steak & eggs with sausage gravy. The portions were HUGE and each dish was seasoned perfectly. We LOVED them both.
Two drinks – we tried a mimosa and a bloody mary. Both were delish!

I love the vibe at Toasted Oak – this restaurant is all about celebrating Michigan food and wine! They are proud to serve delicious farm to fork meals and any restaurant that strives to support the Mitten will be supported by the chicks!
