2 Dead, 1 Hurt In Crash On US 23 In Livingston County: Reports

A semi truck was driving north on U.S. 23 when it crossed the median​ into oncoming traffic, striking multiple vehicles, reports said.

GREEN OAK TOWNSHIP, MI — Two people were killed and another was injured in a Monday night crash on U.S. 23 in Green Oak Township, according to multiple reports.

Police said a semi truck was driving north on U.S. 23 near Lee Road when it crossed the median into oncoming traffic, striking another semi truck, a pickup truck and an SUV at 9:30 p.m, according to reports.

Police said the driver of the pickup truck was ejected from the truck and found dead at the scene, according to reports. Officials also said the driver of the second semi truck was killed in the crash.

The driver of the semi truck that crossed the median was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for non-life threatening injures, according to reports.

Two teenagers in the SUV were not injured in the crash, according to reports.
