2 Shot Inside Detroit Area Bar: Police
Police said the shooter got into an altercation with two men inside the bar before he fired shots, striking and wounding them both.
LIVONIA, MI — A Detroit man is facing charges after two men were shot inside a Detroit area bar over the weekend, according to police.
The shooting happened at 1:20 a.m. Sunday inside the Snookers' Pool and Pub at 27630 Schoolcraft Road in Livonia, according to police.
When officers arrived at the bar, they found a 36-year-old man near the front door with a gunshot wound to his back, according to police.

Officers then learned a second man was shot, and found the 31-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound at the Holiday Inn across the road from the bar, according to police.
Both men were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment, according to police.

Kamari Dushawn Parham, 25, was charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder and other related charges in connection with the shooting.
He was placed in the Wayne County Jail with a bond set at $1 million. His next court date is scheduled for Nov. 14.
Police said Parham and the two men got into an altercation inside the bar. Parham then shot the two men, according to police.
