Capital Grille, an upscale steakhouse, is opening its second metro Detroit location this month.
The new restaurant will open at 17117 Laurel Park Drive North, near the Laurel Park Place shopping center in Livonia on June 14.
"I’m most excited to create memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality for the Livonia community," Capital Grille Managing Partner and metro Detroit native Reed W. Styers said. "We are, and always will be, a relationship brand, and we’re honored each time guests choose to dine with us. We look forward to delivering elevated experiences at the Capital Grille Livonia as guests celebrate life’s special moments."
Capital Grille is best known for its "expertly prepared steaks," which are dry-aged in-house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by the restaurant’s on-premises butcher.
The steaks are served alongside the restaurant's award-winning wine list, which offers more than 350 selections.
The only other Capital Grille in the Detroit area is located at the Somerset Collection in Troy.
The new Livonia spot will be open Monday-Thursday 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m., Friday 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturday 4-10 p.m., and Sunday 4-9 p.m.
