Canton Man Breaks Into Home, Sexually Assaults Neighbor: Report
A Canton man broke into a neighbor's home and sexually assaulted a woman, according to a report citing a police.
CANTON, MI — A former Novi fire captain is facing charges after he forced himself into a Canton home and sexually assaulted a woman on May 18, according to a report from Hometown Life, citing a police report.
Ramon Alvarez, 56, of Canton, was charged with first-degree home invasion, second-degree criminal sexual conduct during a felony, and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, the report said, citing court records.
He was placed in the Wayne County Jail on a $300,000 bond. His next court date is June 2, the report said, citing court records.
