Canton Woman Accuses Boyfriend of Holding Her at Gunpoint
The man pulled the gun on her a day after she claims he assaulted her in Van Buren Township.
A Canton woman claims her boyfriend held a revolver to her in her apartment Feb. 19, following a assault in Van Buren Township the previous day, according to a HometownLife report.
The woman, 27, reported the incident to Canton police, claiming her boyfriend, 32, threatened to have someone shoot her if she didn’t take him to her apartment, the report stated. According to the woman, her boyfriend broke her phone once they reached her Canton apartment, and the next day he threatened her with the revolver, the report added.
