City Of Plymouth Offices Remain Open

The City of Plymouth is maintaining services and all offices, including the Plymouth Cultural Center, are open during normal business hours. To minimize the chance of exposure to COVID-19, we are encouraging residents to utilize our online resources.

You may pay parking tickets here and utility bills here. All inspection requests are available here.

In addition, you may use our drop boxes in the Church Street vestibule at City Hall or in the drive-though lane at the Plymouth District Library. Our staff remains committed to providing exceptional service.
