PLYMOUTH-CANTON, MI — The Northville and Plymouth Fire Department told residents Friday morning to avoid the area of W Ann Arbor Trail and S Harvey Street in Downtown Plymouth after construction crews struck a gas line.

Consumers Energy has been contacted to repair the leak, firefighters said.
