There’s good news and bad news in the seven-day forecast for metro Detroit. The good news first:
Friday will start out cloudy, then become partly sunny with a high near 70 and light northwest winds, 5-8 mph, according to the National Weather Service.Expect more of the same Saturday, with a high near 69 under sunny skies.

Enjoy it while you can. It’s going to turn chilly again Sunday and go downhill from there. Here’s the forecast.
Thursday night: 30 percent chance of scattered showers before 11 p.m., cloudy with a low around 47, south wind 3-7 mph.
Friday and Friday night: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming sunny with a high near 70 and west-northwest wind; mostly clear overnight with a low around 49 and south-southeast wind becoming northwest after midnight.
Saturday and Saturday night: Sunny with a high near 69, light and variable wind becoming north-northeast 6-11 mph; partly cloudy overnight with a low around 44.
Sunday and Sunday night: 70 percent chance of daytime showers, cloudy with a high near 56; clouds continuing overnight with a low around 48.
Monday and Monday night: Cloudy with showers likely and a high near 62; mostly cloudy overnight with a low around 42.
Tuesday and Tuesday night: Partly sunny with a high near 54; mostly cloudy overnight with a low around 38.
Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 54.
