Gas Line Explodes Near Fenton Township Cornfield: Officials
Michigan State Police said a natural gas pipeline exploded Wednesday morning near Fenton Township. No injuries were reported by officials.

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, MI — Michigan State Police said they believe a natural gas pipeline exploded Wednesday morning in a cornfield near US-23 and Center Road near Fenton Township.
As of Wednesday morning, officials did not report any injuries from the explosion. However, residents in the area were encouraged to close all doors and windows.
Officials also responded to reports of a natural gas leak smells near Fish Lake Road and Rose Center Road in Rose Township, according to a report from the Tri-County Times.
