Good Morning, Canton! ~ Daydream Cafe

After Baker's Rack in Plymouth closed (after 30 years in business), owner Denise Lefler began having odd expereinces. People stopped her on the street to ask when and where they could get those fine baked goods again.

So she opened at 47192 Michigan Ave. (near Beck Road and the , and ).

Not all her fans have found the new shop, but there is a growing fanbase. One way Lefler builds customer loyalty is with delicate baked goods and fresh-made perogi.

Another way is a deal she makes with regular customers: In exchange for a certain number of purchases, they can pick slogans to be painted onto one of the walls. She, employees Trish Mast or Gillian Smith can explain the details on your next visit.
