Man Arrested After Filming Under Women's Dresses In Canton: Police
Police said the man used his cellphone to record under women's dresses while they shopped at a local Canton Township store.
CANTON TOWNSHIP, MI — A "peeping tom" was arrested last week after using his cellphone to record under women's dresses while they shopped at a local Canton Township store, according to police.
Willie Eugene Davis, 42, of Van Buren Township, was charged with using a computer to commit a crime and installing or using a device for eavesdropping. Each charge carries up to four years in prison.
He was arraigned Friday in 35th District Court in Plymouth and placed in jail with a $75,000 bond.

Canton Police Lt. Michael Andes told Hometown Life that police confiscated video showing Davis targeted numerous women last Monday at the Walmart store on Ford Road. He also told the outlet that there are more victims who don't know they were recorded.
