Man Records Person Inside Canton Store's Dressing Room: Police
A man is in trouble after police said he recorded a customer inside a Canton Township used clothing store.
CANTON, MI — A man is in trouble after police said he recorded a customer inside a Canton Township used clothing store.
Willie Eugene Davis, 40, was charged with eavesdropping-distributing/disseminating/transmitting recording or image obtained, which carries a five-year felony, Canton Police said. Davis was given a $10,000 and was scheduled to return to court on Oct. 28.
Police said Davis walked into the Plato’s Closet Canton on Ford Road on Monday and recorded a person in a dressing room from a device that was attached to his shoe, officials said.
