Music from a former Plymouth resident will be featured Monday on ABC Family’’s popular “Switched at Birth” series.

Singer/songwriter Angela Predhomme’s “It’s a Breeze,” recorded with local musicians in the Detroit area, is featured on the program, which airs at 8 p.m. EDT.

Predhomme’s music has received widespread praise, and helped to cultivate a sizeable fan base both nationally and internationally through radio play, retail music providers, and streaming sites. Many of her songs have been heard in films, TV and advertising.

Placements include a major ING Bank ad campaign, A&E’s “Rodeo Girls,” NBC’s hit show “The Voice,” TLC’s “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo,” Hallmark’s original movie, “A Lesson in Romance,” and others.

Predhomme was a finalist in Adweek’s advertising music contest and in Song of the Year song contest.

Predhomme currently lives in Hamburg Township, near Ann Arbor.
