A recent study by the National Association of Realtors, Home Buyer and Seller Generational Trends, revealed that Millennials are a much higher percentage of the overall housing market than the public may realize. These charts show the break down of buyers & sellers per generation. Bottom line is contrary to what many believe, Millennials make up the largest percentage of all buyers & a substantial percentage of all sellers.
