Motorcyclist Injured In Crash On M-14 In Ann Arbor: Reports

ANN ARBOR, MI — A motorcyclist is recovering in a hospital after he was hit on Michigan 14 in Ann Arbor on Wednesday afternoon, according to news reports.
Police said the 62-year-old Wyandotte man was riding a motorcycle west on Michigan 14 near Barton Road at 2:30 p.m. when he was sideswiped by a Chevy Equinox that using the shoulder to pass traffic, according to news reports.
The Wyandotte man was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in stable condition and recovering from his injuries, according to news reports.

Investigators were still questioning witnesses and the occupants of the SUV, as police were still investigating the crash.
Part of Michigan 14 near Barton Road was closed Wednesday while police investigated the incident.
