Northville Park Place Grand Opening Event A Success
Northville Park Place awards free Disney cruise to event attendee

Livonia Mich.-based Schostak Brothers & Company announced today that the Northville Park Place grand opening event was a great success, complete with family-friendly activities hosted by tenants, a drawing to win a Disney cruise vacation and a Stuff-a-Bus fundraiser benefiting Vista Maria. Schostak Brothers & Company Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Warren Strietzel made the announcement.
As part of its grand opening celebration on August 29, 2015, Northville Park Place businesses invited the community to participate in a day of family activities, including a cornhole tournament, giant Jenga, face painting, inflatable basketball, giveaways and more. Additionally, Northville Park Place hosted a Stuff-a-Bus fundraising initiative, in which attendees who donated at least five items or $20 were entered in a drawing to win a Disney cruise. The all expenses paid Disney cruise was recently presented to local resident and Stuff-a-Bus donor, Nikki Glinski.
“Northville Park Place will serve as a community gathering place, and this grand opening event was a great opportunity to introduce our new development and diverse mix of retail and dining tenants to local residents, all while offering a fun-filled afternoon for families,” said Strietzel. “The opportunity to support Vista Maria through the Stuff-a-Bus initiative was a great honor. We truly appreciate all contributions, and we were thrilled to present the Disney cruise experience that will surely create lifelong memories for the Glinski family.”

Vista Maria is a nonprofit organization that delivers care, support, treatment and education to vulnerable youth through community-based programs. The Stuff-a-Bus initiative raised hundreds of school supply and cash donations from attendees that will be given to local students in need.
Northville Park Place, located on the southwest corner of Seven Mile and Haggerty Roads, is comprised of a variety of retailers and restaurants including, MOD Pizza, Orangetheory Fitness, SVS Vision, Granite City Food & Brewery, Rusty Bucket, Sherwin Williams, BurgerFi, Chipotle, Jimmy John’s, Tom & Chee, Red Olive, Sport Clips, AT&T, Dental Works and Gazelle Sports.
