P-CCS: Free School Meals With Safe Start Remote Feeding

UPDATE: Free Schools Meals for ALL P-CCS Students!

The Plymouth-Canton Community Schools (P-CCS) Nutrition Services Department is excited to announce that we are able to offer breakfast and lunch meals FREE OF CHARGE to all children ages 18 and under and ages 18-26 with an IEP. Thanks to a waiver sponsored by the USDA.

Meals will be available for pick up to all children. To ensure the nutritious needs of P-CCS enrolled students are met, we encourage you to pre-order and reserve your meals.

To place a 5 day breakfast and lunch pre-order:

Step 1. Create a free MyPaymentsPlus account for your student(s) on the MyPaymentsPlus app. If you already have an account, proceed to step 2.

  • Click “Register for a Free Account”

  • Add your student(s) by using their student ID number

  • Step 2. If you already have a MyPaymentsPlus account for your student:

    • Select the Events & Activities tab

    • Choose the Meal Pre-Order Category & Select Your Student

    • Add to Cart

    • Complete Form & Save

  • Checkout

  • Tuesday is meal pick-up day at these locations:

    • Starkweather Academy at Fiegel 10:00am -12:00pm
    • Discovery Middle School 1:00pm – 3:00pm
    • Liberty Middle School 4:00pm – 6:00pm
    • Salem High School 5:00pm – 7:00 pm

    Although meals are free at this time, families need to complete the online application for the remainder of the school year. Last school years application expires on October 21, 2020. Benefit eligibility needs to be renewed annually. To apply for free or reduced meal benefits, go to https://horizonsolana.com/PLYC01.
