P-CCS Staff To Students, Parents: We're Here To Help
The administration, teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff said they're available to address concerns.
The administration, teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff of the Plymouth-Canton Community Schools would like to thank our valued district families for the support and understanding you have shown us as we begin the 2020-2021 academic year. It means so much to all of us.
We know that the unique times we live in -- and the challenges we are all being asked to face -- bring with them an ever-changing environment. We understand that as families and students adjust to our Safe Start and Virtual Academy programs, you may have concerns to voice or questions to ask of your student’s teachers, administrators, or district officials.

Rest assured, we are receptive to all of the concerns and questions our families raise, and will work to find solutions to as many of them as we can.
In almost all cases, the most effective method for raising concerns or receiving answers to questions is to contact your student’s teacher or building principal directly. This will allow for more timely responses, and for the people closest to your student to evaluate the situation.

Families should use the Directory of School Administrators to contact their building principal.
If after allowing time for a thoughtful and researched response, families still do not feel their concerns have been addressed, district officials have produced a convenient flow chart with contact information.
Families should be aware that the virtual start to the school year has produced a larger than normal number of emails and phone messages for district staff to return. Please know that your concerns will be addressed as soon as possible.
One of the realities of serving our students is that while we want to address and resolve every question and concern in a way families and students find acceptable, that is not always possible. We hope our families understand that being unable to resolve concerns exactly as all persons involved desire does not mean that district staff will not provide any assistance possible for the families and students we love.
We will continue to strengthen and grow as we move through this school year. We are working tirelessly to ensure as smooth a learning experience as possible, and we thank you for putting your faith in P-CCS to provide your students with the award-winning quality education they deserve.
Together, we are P-CCS Strong.
