Plymouth-Canton Vietnam Veterans Hosting 2nd BBQ Steak Dinner
Our Vietnam Veterans are hosting the 2nd Steak BBQ at the Plymouth VFW Post on Friday. If you missed the first one, don't miss this one!
Our men and women at the Plymouth-Canton Vietnam Veterans, Chapter 528, are kindly inviting our community to an old fashioned Steak BBQ. This will be the second Steak BBQ event of the year. It will held be on Friday, June 23rd, and will go from 5:00-7:00 PM. This event will be held at the Leon Sikorski Memorial BBQ & Pavilion, in the picnic area of the Plymouth VFW Post, at 1426 S Mill Street.
You can eat your dinner under the covered pavilion, or it will be served to you in the VFW Lounge, so do not worry about rain! We got you covered!
Last summer's Steak BBQ events were wildly successful, due to the awesome steaks that Eastern Market of Canton provided, and because of the BBQ skills of Al Sneath, and Tom McMullen! Our Vietnam Veterans know how to grill meat, and grill it to perfection!

It is important to note that Marvin Jarbo, who owns Eastern Market of Canton, has generously provided the best meat in town, at a reduced price for these events, and that is the sole reason that the Steak BBQ's were able to happen, and be so successful. He has been a friend to our local veterans for many years, and they are grateful for his support.
Vietnam Veteran, Bob Dew ran this event last year, and received such great feedback, that he's decided to make these Steak BBQ's a yearly, event. “I loved the camaraderie among our members who worked so hard to make them successful” he said, and added, “The best thing about them though, is the community atmosphere. We love being involved with the community, and
these BBQ's are a great way for folks to come on out, meet us, and see the things that we do.”

This summer's steaks are beautiful New York Strip Steaks, seasoned to perfection, and cooked exactly the way you like your steak. You'll also get a baked potato, sour cream if you want it, a fabulous vegetable medley, and roll/butter, with your steak dinner, and there will be plenty of cold beverages of any variety for sale as well.
