Police Asked Some Plymouth Residents To Shelter In Place: Cops

PLYMOUTH, MI — Some Plymouth residents were asked to shelter in place due to an undisclosed police situation, officials said. The order was lifted Friday afternoon after police said the situation was "resolved."

Residents in the area of Karmada and Farmer streets were asked to stay inside their homes as police investigate the area, officials said.

Students at Bird Elementary School, East Middle School and West Middle School were also asked to shelter in place, officials said.
