WAYNE COUNTY, MI — Road crews closed parts of Interstate 275 in Wayne County on Wednesday after heavy rainfall.
The westbound Interstate 96/M-14 ramp from Interstate 275 to Shelton Road was reduced to just one.
Additionally, the southbound Interstate 275 ramp to westbound M-14 was closed.

Road officials encouraged drivers to continue south to the westbound Interstate 94, then onto northbound US-23 and back to M-14 for a detour.
It's unclear when the lanes and ramp will open, though they could be closed until November, since they were already scheduled to start within the next few weeks as part of a rebuild project.
