METRO DETROIT, MI – Companies that have changed their corporate cultures to provide the flexibility for work-life balance often have a hiring advantage among others, but also see an improvement in their bottom lines, according to recent research.

Recent studies and polls show that the ability to have a life outside of work is a top concern among American worker, including an Allstate/National Journal of Heartland Monitor Poll of 1,000 American adults that 76 percent put a higher priority on family and personal life than the job they do.
