Seasoned Industry Exec to Lead Global Growth Initiatives
Bill Whalen will oversee Process Development Corp.'s global finance and business activities.

Process Development Corp. (PDC) today announced the appointment of Bill Whalen as the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.
He will oversee and direct the company’s global finance and business activities, including the implementation of business processes to support strategic global growth strategies, according to a news release.
“We’re delighted to recruit someone with Bill’s depth of expertise and global experience to our executive leadership team. He’s the right guy at the right time for our company and he’ll play a vital role as we strategically expand to a larger and more global organization, across a greater spectrum of manufacturing industries” said Jim Pongracz, CEO, Process Development Corp.

Whalen most recently served as the CFO of Nexteer Automotive, a more than $2 billion international Tier 1 automotive supplier; and previously as CFO of Intermet Corporation, a $700 million global manufacturing leader.
Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Magna International and United Technologies Corporation. In each of these roles, Whalen developed and implemented strategies for financial restructuring and global growth initiatives, arranged global capital facilities, acquisitions and joint ventures to support funding and growth requirements.

Whalen holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, VA; and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University, in Pittsburgh, PA. He is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
