The tavern and restaurant will offer hundreds of beer from Michigan and beyond.

CANTON, MI – World of Beer, which offers serious beer connoisseurs an emporium of more than 600 beers from 30 countries, is expected to open in Canton by summer on the busy Ford Road corridor.
Chad Wilson, the local franchise owner, told The Canton Observer the 5,500-square-foot tavern and restaurant will seat about 200 and will have an outdoor serving area.

World of Beer doesn’t brew its own, but a robust craft beer industry in Michigan and beyond offer plenty of choices for taps, Wilson said, adding that Canton is a good fit for the business “because it is under-served in the craft beer market.”
Brews from Germany, France, scotland, Italy, Thailand, Japan and Brazil will be among the international offerings at World of Beer, which has about 70 locations across the United States.
