• DTE Cold Creek Solar Park is now operational east of Coldwater (bnd.com) — A major new DTE solar farm in Quincy Township is now feeding 100 megawatts of carbon-free power into Michigan’s grid and is expected to generate millions in tax revenue for Branch County over 25 years. Local officials and Ford representatives say the Cold Creek Solar Park will support schools, roads, public safety, and farm incomes, with a large battery system coming next year.
