1 Dead, 1 Injured In Shooting At Oakland County Strip Mall: Sheriff
Officials asked the public for help with a shooting that left one dead and one injured at an Oakland County Strip Mall over the weekend.
PONTIAC, MI — A man was killed and another was injured in a Sunday shooting at an Oakland County strip mall, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
Json Markell Hunt, 27, of Clinton Township was found shot dead at 4 p.m. inside a business in the 400 block of West Huron Street near South Johnson Avenue in Pontiac, the sheriff's office said.
Officers also found a 25-year-old man who was shot in a strip mall's parking lot, the sheriff's office said.

The 25-year-old man told officers that he and his cousin had been shot inside one of the mall's businesses, the sheriff's office said.
The injured man was then taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in stable, but critical condition, the sheriff's office said.

No information was released about a potential shooter.
"We could use the public’s help on this. If anyone has information about who may have been present or involved, please contact us or Crime Stoppers. We will work diligently to hold the individual(s) Involved in this responsible," Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said.
