2 Dead In Oakland County Murder-Suicide: Sheriff

A 29-year-old man shot his wife to death, then fatally shot himself, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.​

PONTIAC, MI — A man and woman were found dead Sunday in a murder-suicide inside a Pontiac home Sunday, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.

Officials found Charnae Jenkins, 33, and Alvin Dewayne Hall Jr., 29, shot to death inside a home in the 1200 block of Maurer at roughly 5:35 p.m.

Officials found the bodies lying in the hallway of the home, according to the sheriff's office.

Officials also found a handgun and two spent shell casings on the hallway floor near the man’s hand, according to the sheriff's office.

Investigators learned that Jenkins and Hall had an ongoing domestic dispute leading up to the shooting, according to the sheriff's office.
