3 Young Men Arrested After Stoney Creek Metropark Shooting: Report
Police said they found a shell casting at the beach but believe no one was injured in the shooting, according to reports.
SHELBY TOWNSHIP, MI — Officers arrested three young men from Dearborn after a shooting at Stoney Creek Metropark on Wednesday night during an altercation, according to multiple reports.
One of the teenagers who admitted firing a shot from inside a Jeep Grand Cherokee when two groups gathered in the park's parking lot was released to his parents, the report said.
It was unclear if the other teenagers were still in police custody or if they were released or whether they will face charges in connection to the shooting, the report said.

As police arrived at Eastwood Beach and began investigating the shooting, a bystander told WDIV officers he was tased and detained by police after the shooting, reports said.

"Out of nowhere, he has a taser out in his hand, and I’m still backing up," Toni Lulgjuraj told the news outlet. "The officer gets very close to me and tases me."
