Albrecht Leads Rochester Downtown Development Authority
Former DDA Chairman Mike Clayman resigned from the board in January.

ROCHESTER, MI – Mark Albrecht will lead the Rochester Downtown Development Authority through what he calls an “exciting period of time.”
Albrecht, an active member of the DDA, was recently elected chairman of the organization. He previously served as vice chairman, as well as chairman of the DDA’s Business Development Committee.

Albrecht said he looks forward to working in a “teansparent and collaborative” relationship to promote Rochester’s downtown with Rochester Mayor Cathy Daldin, the Rochester City Council, City Manager Blaine Win, DDA Executive Director Kristi Trevarrow and Alan Smith, chairman of the Principal Financial District.

“The progress we’ve made on the infrastructure over the last four-plus years I’ve been on the DDA Board ensures that we are well positioned to address new enhancements for the city,” Albrecht said in a statement. “My personal thanks to Mike Clayman for his leadership of the DDA over the last eight years, as well as my fellow DDA board members who provide valuable and diverse experience.”
