AUBURN HILLS, MI — HopCat will open its newest location at the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets in Auburn Hills next Monday.
The new restaurant is located in the space left by Bar Louie, which closed last year.
There will be seating for up to 300 people, along with an outdoor and interior patio, private dining space and more.
This newest spot will have roughly 40 craft beers on tap, along with comfort food, such as burgers and its well-known "Cosmik" french fries.
Though the restaurant will open next Saturday, May 2, officials will hold a grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 9. The first 200 customers that day will win free Cosmick Fries for one year, with other free HopCat-branded prizes available.
The Great Lakes Crossing spot is the 12th Michigan spot and 13th overall. HopCat has several other metro Detroit locations, including Detroit, Livonia, Royal Oak and Southgate.
