Art & Apples Festival Announces Entertainment Line-up

Performances will be located on the main stage in the Rochester Municipal Park

Paint Creek Center for the Arts (PCCA) today unveiled its entertainment line-up for the 52nd Art & Apples Festival. These performances are made possible by DTE Energy, the Main Stage sponsor.

This year’s exciting lineup of musical entertainment includes Denise Davis and the Motor City Sensations, a Motown-inspired revue group that performs Motown classics, as well as R&B, funk, Blues and 80s classics; and the Swing Shift Orchestra, an 18-piece orchestra with vocals performing superior big band arrangement from past to present including swing, Latin, fox trots and others. Locally renowned artist Sheila Landis returns to Art & Apples Festival this year as the Friday evening headliner.

“Our stellar entertainment lineup includes sights and sounds for everyone to enjoy during this year’s Art & Apples Festival,” said Tami Salisbury, executive director, PCCA. “Festivalgoers will be able to take in stage performances from creative and talented jazz, Motown, pop and other musical acts to contemporary performing dance troupes and high school marching bands, all while browsing hundreds of artists’ exhibits and savoring food and beverages from more than a dozen vendors that will be on site.”
