Why are you seeking elective office?
I would like to continue to work hard to make the City of Rochester the premiere community in southeast Michigan.
The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
Traffic is the single biggest issue that our citizens are concerned with. I propose revisiting bringing public transportation back to the City in order to get some cars off the road, while helping the people of Rochester more easily get around.
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I am a bit of an outsider in this race. I am facing a host of incumbents that are seeking re-election. As a University Professor, I would bring a different perspective and point of view to the group and hope to represent an even broader swath of our citizens.
